We respect the intellectual property rights of others and take claims of copyright infringement seriously. In order to comply with the Notice and Takedown requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we abide by the following policy.

Notice of Claimed Infringement

As stated in Title 17, Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, any notice of alleged infringement must be submitted in writing. In order to be effective, this notice must include the following:

- Identification of the work that is believed to be infringed, or if multiple works are believed to be infringed, a representative list of those works.

- Specific identification of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our site, which preferably includes the website URL(s) of the material.

- Adequate contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address).

- A statement indicating that you have a good faith belief that the copyrighted material that is the subject of complaint has not been authorized by the copyright holder, their agent, or the law.

- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are either the copyright owner or authorized to act for the copyright owner.

- Your physical or electronic signature or that of a person whom you have authorized to act on your behalf.

Note that if you fail to include all of the listed information required in your DMCA notification, your notification will not be valid and will not receive a response.

All claims of copyright infringement should be forwarded to us through our contact form.

Abuse Notification

Misuse of the procedures or misrepresentation of facts in a copyright infringement claim may result in legal consequences. To ensure that you are not held liable for costs associated with abuse of the process, please ensure the veracity of your claim.

Take Down Procedure

Any material found on our site that is claimed to be infringing the intellectual property rights of another will be taken down. The accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated when appropriate. Access to any infringing material will be disabled expeditiously in accordance with the process set forth in 17 U.S.C. §512 of the DMCA.
